Unfortunately, recent history has shown that the intermediaries, along with many LTC consultants, have been telling the providers what they CAN'T DO; scaring them into submission and in turn causing services to be cut and lengths of stay to be reduced to an all-time low.

Doesn't it seem absurd, that the Long Term Care providers are receiving patients from hospitals that are sicker than ever, yet the Lengths of Stay are shorter than ever. How is this possible? Unfortunately, fear is the answer.

Most providers are afraid to fight for what they and their patient's are entitled to.
