CAREGIVER OFFICERS

Jerry L. Rhoads, CEO is a CPA, a former Nursing Home Administrator, and a fellow in the American College of Health Care Administrators. He has been a consultant to the Federal and State Governments and numerous Nursing Home Associations on reimbursement. He has over 35 years experience in Health Care and over 20 years experience in nursing home operations.

Sharon K. Rhoads, VP / Director of Clinical Systems Training , has worked along side of Jerry for over 20 years building unmatched experience in improving clinical service documentation and methods. She also has had vast experience in claims processing with major insurance companies and has used this in her consultation of the ADR clinical claims processes in Long Term Care.

Kip A. Rhoads, VP / Director of Information Services , has over 15 years experience in developing and supporting user-friendly software systems for long term care. Along with many Clinical and Therapy disciplines he has helped in the development of the exclusive Caregiver Care Plan Library that is the hub of the PPS reimbursement wheel.

Together with a select group of highly skilled employees, the Rhoads family has spent the better part of 20 years working to improve and innovate the Long Term Health Care industry.

Both Jerry and Sharon's parents fell victim to the lack of knowledge and leadership that has plagued the nursing home industry for the last 50 years. As a result, they have dedicated themselves to bringing about positive change and paving the way for better outcomes and higher quality of life for the elderly.
