EVERYONE DESERVES A CHANCE: Caregiver's philosophy is that all elderly receiving skilled services should be entitled to the benefits they have paid for and deserve. Caregiver believes in structuring documentation in a manner that will give the most accurate representation of necessary services that have been provided to bring a patient to his or her highest level of functioning.

GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT: One of the major misconceptions in Long Term Care is that the patient is the customer. The truth of the matter is that, in most cases, the Federal or State government is the customer, because they are the ones footing the bill. If the customer (government) needs to see documentation that specifically shows that the services were given, along with proof that the services were necessary, the providers of that service need to be prepared to give the customer what they want. Our systems succeed in this where others fail.

accept all patients: No matter who is paying, a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility deserves the best care possible. We believe a patient should NEVER be turned away on the basis of high projected costs. Caregiver has a way of showing you that, by using the Medicare and Medicaid systems the way they were designed and providing appropriate restorative services to increase patient functionality, your facility will develop a stable financial foundation for providing high quality care to patients no matter what the cost.
