WHAT WAS DONE IN THE PAST DOESN’T HAVE TO STAY IN THE PAST: Our Report Archive System stores all historical documentation for past and present patients.You can refer to documentation from any of a patient's previous stays to aid you in current care planning processes. You also have the capability to regenerate a NEW Care Plan based on a Care Plan that was being implemented for a patient’s prior stay. No more starting over from scratch unless you want to!
READY FOR REVIEW: If you receive a request for documentation review on a patient that is no longer in the facility or for a previous stay of a patient, the RA can be used to print any of the Proof of Service Information that is needed to prove the case.
KEEPING IT LEAN: Caregiver RA warehouses old patient information in a different location than the current database. This keeps the current dataset lean and efficient thus always running at optimal speeds.
