Our Consultants are trained to maximize revenues by having nursing take the lead in revenue procurement and returning therapy to the ancillary mode. In doing so, the coverage period can be appropriately extended into low rehab and restorative programs. Using Caregiver's Outcome Manager, our consultants teach your Medicare Case Manager to manage the restorative process for each patient’s benefit. This results in more Medicare Part A funding and better outcomes.

We will train your Case Manager to be your in-house, Medicare expert. The Case Manager operates Caregiver’s Outcome Manager module based on the Admission Assessment, sets up the Medicare reimbursement care plan and directs the Medicare staff using care plan assignment sheets.

Utilization Review procedures are resurrected by the Caregiver Consultants with the Medicare Case Manager as the weekly chairman. This enables the Medicare beneficiaries to receive up to 7 additional days coverage for notifying the attending physician and gives the family time to decide on placement after discharge.
